Outclix does not guarantee placement, ranking, traffic, leads, customers, or sales.

Every subscriber gets a unique referral code. When 5 businesses you refer complete their first payment, 3 free subscription months are added to your account automatically.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans & add-ons: Individual monthly subscription payments and add-on purchases (extra promotion slots, extra job slots, featured placements) are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period.
Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same plan or add-on twice and the duplicate is unused, we'll convert it to an account credit that applies automatically to your next invoice.
Annual plans: Annual subscriptions may be refunded on request. The refund equals the annual amount paid minus the months used, charged at the full (non-discounted) monthly rate. Partial months count as full months used.
How refunds work: All refund requests are reviewed by our team, typically within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You may also choose to receive an account credit instead, which applies automatically to future invoices.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing dashboard. Your listing stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial-month charges, no cancellation fees.
All prices in USD. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be managed, upgraded, or canceled at any time from your billing portal. Founding member rates are grandfathered for as long as the subscription remains active. Free nonprofit listings require completed verification before activation.
