Business Listing Standards
What every business needs to know before listing on Outclix: our 18+ platform policy, the certification you make when submitting a listing, content rules, and how restricted categories are handled.
Policy version: 2026-07-17.1 · Designed to support the platform's adult-use policy and compliance program.
1. An adults-only platform
This platform is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Outclix uses age attestation — a self-confirmation by every visitor — as an access and eligibility policy. This attestation is not a substitute for legally required age verification by your business. If your business sells or provides age-restricted products or services, you remain fully responsible for verifying customer eligibility at the point of entry, purchase, delivery, reservation, or service.
2. Prohibited content
Outclix is a general-audience business directory for adults — not an adult-content platform. The following content is prohibited everywhere on the platform, including listings, photos, banners, logos, descriptions, events, promotions, job posts, and links:
- Pornography
- Sexually explicit photographs, videos, illustrations, animations, or livestreams
- Visible genitals
- Explicit depictions of sexual activity
- Content primarily designed to cause sexual arousal
- Explicit sexual audio
- Graphic descriptions of sexual acts
- Links that directly lead to pornography or sexually explicit content
- Sexually explicit profile photographs or listing banners
- Explicit fetish content
- Solicitation of sexual activity
- Prostitution or commercial sexual services
- Escort, companion-for-hire, or sugar-dating advertisements
- Nude or sexually explicit massage advertisements
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors
- Requests for sexual photographs or videos
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery
- Sexualized deepfakes
- Incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or exploitation content
- Obscene material
- Content that would reasonably be considered harmful to minors
Submissions containing prohibited content are rejected, and repeat or severe violations result in listing removal and account termination. Content that involves or endangers minors is escalated on an expedited basis and may be reported to authorities.
3. LGBTQ+ content is welcome — and protected
Being LGBTQ+-oriented is never treated as inherently explicit or restricted on Outclix. The following are always welcome when presented in a non-explicit manner:
- LGBTQ+ businesses
- Pride celebrations
- Drag shows and drag brunches
- LGBTQ+ history and culture
- Restaurants, bars, clubs, and nightlife
- Hotels and travel
- Weddings and relationships
- Healthcare and wellness
- HIV prevention and testing
- Gender-affirming healthcare
- Mental-health resources
- Community organizations
- Religious organizations
- Advocacy organizations
- Family services
- Arts and entertainment
- Dating services that prohibit explicit content and commercial sexual solicitation
- Educational discussions of sexuality or health written in a clinical, factual, and non-graphic manner
4. Restricted business categories
Some business types are welcome on Outclix but are treated as restricted categories because they involve age-restricted products, services, or admission. These listings receive additional review and display a notice to visitors:
- Bars
- Nightclubs
- Cannabis businesses
- Tobacco or vape businesses
- Liquor stores
- Wineries, breweries, and distilleries
- Firearm businesses
- Gambling establishments
- Casinos
- Sports-betting businesses
- Tattoo and piercing businesses
- Adult-oriented businesses
- Dating services
- Massage businesses
- Sexual-health businesses
- Businesses selling products restricted by age
Notice shown on restricted listings:
This business may offer products, services, or admission restricted by age. Visitors are responsible for meeting all applicable age and identification requirements. The business—not this directory—is responsible for verifying eligibility at the point of entry, purchase, delivery, or service.
5. The lister certification
Every listing submission includes a required certification. By submitting this listing, I certify that:
- I am at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- I am authorized to represent this business or organization.
- All information I submit is truthful and current.
- The listing does not contain pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content, prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual solicitation, or content harmful to minors.
- All photographs, videos, logos, and written materials are owned by me, licensed to me, or used with permission.
- The listing complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Any age-restricted products, services, events, or admission requirements will be clearly disclosed.
- The business is responsible for conducting legally required age verification at the point of sale, entry, delivery, reservation, or service.
- The directory's age attestation does not replace the business's legal obligations.
- I understand that the platform may reject, edit, suspend, or remove the listing for policy or legal-compliance reasons.
6. Screening questions
During submission you'll answer a short set of yes/no screening questions. Honest answers help us route your listing correctly — a "yes" to most questions simply marks the listing as a restricted category with the visitor notice above. Certain answers route the listing to human review before publication:
- Does this business sell or provide age-restricted products or services?
- Is entry to this business restricted to adults during any hours?
- Does this listing contain sexual-health or relationship-related information?
- Is this business an adult-entertainment or sexually oriented business?
- Does this business sell alcohol?
- Does this business sell cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, vape products, firearms, gambling services, or other regulated products?
- Does the submitted website link contain explicit content?
- Are all uploaded images non-explicit and appropriate for a general business directory?
Misrepresenting answers to the screening questions is a violation of these standards and grounds for removal.
7. Images and media
All photographs, logos, and banners must be non-explicit and appropriate for a general business directory. Images may be held for review before appearing publicly. Sexually explicit profile photographs and listing banners are prohibited without exception.
8. Websites and external links
Links that lead directly to pornography or sexually explicit content are prohibited. Submitted website links may be reviewed, and links found to violate this policy are removed. When visitors leave Outclix through an external link, they are shown the following disclaimer:
9. Events, jobs, and classifieds
Events may be listed with an age label (all ages, 18+, 21+, and so on), and age-restricted events must disclose it. The following event types are prohibited:
- Explicit sexual performances
- Pornographic screenings
- Commercial sexual services
- Sexual contact as a service or activity
- Nudity as the primary attraction
- Events designed primarily for sexual activity
- Events involving exploitation or illegal conduct
The following job and classified posting types are prohibited:
- Escorts
- Commercial sexual services
- Nude modeling intended for explicit content
- Pornographic performers
- Sexual companionship
- Sugar relationships involving compensation
- Sex-work transactions
- Trafficking or exploitative activity
- Requests for intimate images
- Any position involving minors in adult-oriented activity
10. Enforcement
We review listings before publication and re-review them when they are reported or materially edited. Depending on severity, enforcement ranges from requested edits and content holds to listing removal, badge revocation, account termination, and — where content suggests exploitation or danger to minors — referral to law enforcement. Decisions can be appealed through our contact form.
